Basic Entry Requirements
- Candidates for admission into General Nursing and Midwifery programmes are expected to have 5 Credit Passes in:
- English Language
- Biology
- Chemistry
- Physics
- Mathematics
in not more than two (2) sittings of the SSCE or its equivalent examination.
Only candidates that possess these pre-requisites can be presented for indexing to the Nursing and Midwifery Council of Nigeria.
- Admission candidates for Public Health Nursing must in addition to the above requirements possess the State Registered Nursing Certificate dully registered and verified by the Nursing and Midwifery Council of Nigeria.
- Admission Candidates for General Nursing and Midwifery programmes shall be at least 17 years of age.
Admission Requirements
The minimum requirements for admission into the College are those stipulated for entry into the College, subject to
additional requirements as may be specified by the College from time to time.
The College shall conduct written examination and oral interview for applicants, as the basis for admission.
